After Academy City gets hit with catastrophic heat waves, most schools decided it would be best to head straight into break while reconstructing. Due to a sequence of events, Touma finds himself on a trip across Europe with the Level 5 Railgun. As the New Year approaches, however, they find themselves amidst a plot that aims to threaten Kamijou and the world around him. Despite what the title suggests, this is not about Index (big surprise). This is my attempt at writing a story that finally connects Touma and Mikoto in a manner that would fit the Light Novels in terms of how stories are usually told. In general, however, this is a massive Misaka Mikoto x Kamijou Touma fanfiction. *If you are not caught up with at least New Testament 18, I recommend maybe not reading this yet. You do you though, I can't stop you* Chronologically, this is after the Kamisato arc from the light novels. I honestly do not know how long this will be (it depends on how much I decide to expand on certain interactions) or how long it will take me to finish since I am in college. I already have the story done in my head and I can promise that I will finish writing it down one day (I hate when I'm reading a story just to find it hasn't had an update in like 3 years). None of the characters in the story are mine, those rights belong to the writer Kazuma Kamachi. After the incident of the penalty game Touma Kamijou had made with Mikoto Misaka, Touma lost miserably and was set to be punished according to the bet the two had promised. The condition was set by Misaka Mikoto. "If you lose, you have to do whatever I say,". That condition was also set to Misaka by Touma, she have to do anything he says if she lose? No way, she couldn't get the fact of losing to that idiot out of her head. Touma still lost after that, he thought the punishment would be something like divine torture such as spending all his pocket money on her groceries and shopping, or treat her to a fancy restaurant that will also results in him getting bankrupt. The punishment she did to Touma Kamijou shouldn't even be called a punishment, she was dragging him to go shopping with her and help carry all her bags, and then to spend many times together. Touma wonders if she really is punishing him or trying to have a good time? He's so dense, he only think of her as a friend, no more, no less. Could Misaka the tsundere change that? Could Touma's denseness negates her feelings for him like how his Imagine Breaker did to all those supernatural phenomenas and only stays as friends in their relationship? Whatever it is, this Biribiri Tsundere better confess to him or they will never end up together.
