Eleanore Nachtnebel fell asleep one night and found herself in a body that's definitely not hers and in a world that's definitely not real but eerily familiar to her. Though try as she might to build an ignorant and blissful life all the while trying (and failing) to look for a way back home, she finds herself smackdab right in the middle of an unending thousand years of war between humans and Titans

"What really happened to you?" Asta asked, eyes wide when Cassie showed him her right arm. Instead of an arm made of flesh and bones and blood, her left arm is now replaced by a silver prosthesis - given to her by the Wizard King himself. "Oh... I got mauled by a lion." "... Eh?" --- Two years ago, Cassiopeia left Hage Village shortly after obtaining her grimoire to take the Magic Knights Entrance Exam. For two straight years, Asta and Yuno looked forward to gifts and letters Cassiopeia would send to them and for the other kids as well - from toys for the kids, trinkets, new clothes, money for their everyday expenses. She had told them that she had joined the Black Bulls, despite almost all the Captains wanting to join their squad as well. But, for some reason , in the tenth month of her second year since staying in the Royal Capital, the gifts and letters stopped. When knights die in battle, bereaved families would receive letters from the Knight's squad captain and their stuff as well. And yet, not one of Cassie's stuff was returned. No news means good news, right? And yet, the letters stopped coming.
