Two mentally ill patients are lost in their own minds and meet each other in their vision/dream. The patients have never stepped a foot out of their hospitalized rooms (on different sides of the world) since the day they were taken to the hospital. But through a dream where they fall for each other makes them go to extreme lengths to go and find each other even though their minds are playing wild tricks on them. On their extreme journey to meet each other, they are faced with living on a completely different planet in their mind. Will they find each other?
