In 1960s London, Lilith Jones is just a pub singer with red boots, a sharp wit, and no expectations beyond the next gig at Blue Ember. But when her cousin Pattie introduces her to the inner circle of The Beatles - and to Paul McCartney - her world quietly begins to unravel. What starts as a casual, secret entanglement becomes something far messier when Lilith finds herself falling for a man who already belongs to someone else. Jane Asher, Paul's long-distance girlfriend, is the silent weight between them - unknown at first, then unspoken, then undeniable. As fame and heartbreak collide, Lilith is left to navigate blurry lines: between music and memory, between desire and dignity, and between holding on and letting go. Along the way, she's caught between the safety of new beginnings and the haunting pull of what could've been - including a tender friendship with the kind-eyed Ellis, who just might offer the kind of love she doesn't have to hide. Told through slow-burning glances, stolen songs, late-night conversations and emotionally charged silence, -Silver Spring- is a story about the people we almost love, the versions of ourselves we leave behind, and the question that lingers in the aftermath of heartbreak: |"Can you still be mine, even if you were never really mine to begin with?"|

Beatles fan fiction. Della Milton and George Harrison lived on opposite sides of Upton Green, Speke, Liverpool, in the 1950s. Born three weeks apart they soon became childhood best friends. George grows up and becomes lead guitarist in the phenomena that is The Beatles. It takes him far and away from that small oval green in Liverpool and gives him experience and opportunities he could never have imagined. But Della's not concerned about George's fame and fortune. He'll always be her friend, her confidant and her rock. He's as close to her as family. Sometimes she thinks he's the only one in the world she can call a friend. He'll always be the same, he'll always be there for her... won't he? Beatle: George Genre: Romance Warnings: Bad language, explicit adult situations, loads of angst, sex and rock & roll. Status: Began 29/10/17, in progress, updated each Sunday. Feedback, votes & comments are very much welcome and appreciated! For readers who've previously read Shelter In Your Love, you might find this similar in theme and style, but hopefully not *too* much! There are also a few conscious changes to real life events in the timeline of this story - they've been changed for narrative purposes. © Miss O'Dell 2017 This is a work of fiction. As such, it should not be read as a factual account of events or biography. While many characters bear the names of actual people they & their actions and words have been imagined by me, the author, and posted here for entertainment purposes only.

Anne is an 18 year old girl in present day. She meets a much older man who changes her world forever. She travels back in time, knowing that at some point she will be sent back to her time. Very difficult when she's found the love of her life in the past. The story is inspired slightly by the movie "Somewhere in Time" and very much so by Paul McCartney & The Beatles.

"and I only say hello and turn away before his lady knows how much I wanna see him." In 1968, Lynnette Newman isn't looking for a serious relationship. She's an up and coming singer-songwriter from Los Angeles who knows just about everyone in Laurel Canyon, just so happened to land herself a contract with Apple Records, and would very much like her closet to look like Nancy Sinatra's. In 1968, Paul McCartney is running out of luck. The Beatles are starting to fall apart, his relationship with his longtime girlfriend is falling apart with it, and quite frankly, he just misses the way things used to be. 1968 was a pretty crazy year for all parties involved. But as the curtain begins to close on one hell of a decade, two musicians can't seem to stay away from each other. ... And love might've had something to do with it. mature themes: alcohol use, drug references / use, themes of mental health, and sex. disclaimer: this is a work of fiction, and as such, all real life events and depictions of people are modified or created by me for entertainment purposes only ! [ part 1 of this story is complete, and part 2 is STILL being updated! albeit very very slowly :) comments & votes are always appreciated, hope you enjoy and thanks so much for reading! x ]
