𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇 . . . Earth became inhabitable, and for 97 years humans spent their lives in space, The Ark. Few survivors made it, and some believed it was survivable. 100 teenagers, kids who were locked up, were sent to the ground. The Ark was dying. Kaia wasn't one of them. She was born on the ground, born a Grounder. But she never experienced anything of the sort. The Mountain Men kidnapped her and wiped out the village, bringing her into Mount Weather to perform experiments and tests on her.
