I started The UnSlut Project in 2013 by sharing my own middle school diary entries, from when I was targeted as the school "slut", here on Wattpad. I've been drawn to writing since childhood. It's the only serious dream I've ever had. And yet, if you'd asked me about my writing ambitions a few years back, I probably would have told you I'd missed my best shot at ever completing a manuscript draft. Boy, was I wrong. In 2014, I embraced writing on my phone with Wattpad and upended everything about my writing process. (And I do mean everything.) This essay collection documents my observations and experiences with the platform.
