!!This fanfic has MAJOR spoilers from Omori!! Kel is entering high school again with his friends. As little time goes on, the feelings he had for Sunny when they were younger had suddenly returned. How will he deal with these feeling? Things that should be kept in mind: This takes place in the point of view of Kel (So it is 1st person POV), this is a modernized alternative of the main story, and these events are taking place after Mari's death in the real world. Warning: there's a bunch of swears, jokes, timeline mistakes, and spelling/gramatical errors. This story is mainly just me having a good time since I usually prefer making one-shots, but I love and appreciate everyone who reads and enjoys this too!

This is a suntan story :DDDD bc we need to have more of those TW for suicide and self-harm topics be warned Sunny is not surprised after his friends seemingly cut off ties after he confessed the truth. Now alone to face a new surrounding in the big city, while Basil is left to face his friends and their reactions towards him. But all may be not lost when Kel decides to act and tries his best to bring them back together. Despite the arguments, obstacles, and the sheer weight of the truth upon them now, would they be able to mend their friendship?

Everyone except for Sunny's childhood best friend, Kel, who just can't get enough of his presence and closure. (This is very angsty so please don't read this if ur expecting just wholesomeness and fluff. Fluff is included though!)

This will take place after the bad ending, however, Sunny survived and has already confessed. The friend group is all currently still struggling through the truth, but Kel still refuses to give up, taking it upon himself to stitch their friend group back together.
