The 118 respond to a call for a house fire, and rescue five victims from inside of the house. When one of the victims is admitted to the hospital unconscious, the doctors and nurses that were on her case, realize that she has more problems that simply burns and smoke inhiliation. The authorities are called, and eventually Sargent Athena Grant arrives for statements and evidence. When Athena enters the victim's room, she noticed exactly who was laying in the bed unconscious. This girl was the daughter of one of her high school best friend. The girl had gone missing eight years ago, when she was only twelve years old. Her mother was desperate, and though she hadn't seen Athena since they had graduated high school, she went to the one person that would help her find her daughter. Athena did everything in her ability, but the case went cold, and no more leads came in. Her case was put on a back burner, for everyone else, except for Athena. Four years ago, Athena's high school friend passed away, some would say from a heart attack, but Athena believed it was a broken heart.
