Along with a faction of other Elemental Masters, the team is swept up in a surprise tournament. But there is something about these two sisters that doesn't sit right. Lloyd was a pretty bratty kid. Demanding candy, trying to take over the world, ya know. But despite that, he was a good big brother. Except that he set a pretty bad example. Though he was there for his baby sister. Lucinda was an energetic little girl. Two years younger than Lloyd. Despite being very energetic, Lucinda was shy when near people she didn't know. She didn't want to take over the world like her brother, she never had the need to impress their father. She didn't remember him nor her mother. However, she always wanted to make her brother proud. What happens when they accidentally release the Serpentine?

Aria Lord is the daughter of the Overlord. She lives her life like any other citizen of Ninjago, except for being the princess of darkness. After the defeat of her father she vowed to avenge him and take over Ninjago in his place. She started teaming up with other villains, but she didn't account for getting caught. She also didn't account for falling in love with the enemy.

Skylor realises her feelings for Nya in an awkwardly timed moment, leading to a lot of awkward tension between them.
