life itself is already a tragedy, what with all the issues thrown by her in a daily basis. but when you throw in interdimentional monsters, steve thinks that he just might be that unlucky. with that said, raising kids isn't really that easy either. and neither is losing the people you love.

A lot of angst probably. Eddie is in his last year of school, he is the leader of Hellfire, he's openly Gay and pronouns are He/Him. He lives with his uncle Wayne and doesn't go out much except for Hellfire and Corroded Coffin. Steve Is working at family video with Robin, he's unlabelled and pronouns are He/Him. He works a lot and hangs out with Dustin and the kids, and occasionally Nancy. Both Steve and Eddie find themselves going to the pep rally at Hawkins high and Dustin introduces them, while Steve is a little jealous of Eddie for being friends with Dustin he doesn't completely hate him, however Eddie, starts to develop a crush fairly quickly but is certain Steve is straight and uninterested It's kinda slow burn kinda not? I try to put trigger warnings im at the beginning of chapters but sometimes i forget so possible trigger warnings are, SH, Hospital, death, depression, anxiety, ED, violence, language, sexual references, Homophobia

Steve is trying to live his life while Eddie is not making it that easy with him falling head over heels for Eddie and vice versa. (Made this fanfic in 2022!! there are a lot of typos and some things that straight up don't make sense, just as a heads up. Eddie offers Steve the world and is crushed when he denies it, however instead of saying okay he forces him into his life using his adopted son Dustin, against him. Steve must now do everything Eddie says or the consequences will be harsh.

Dustin put a hand on Steve's shoulder, "Are you okay?" Steve didn't know what to say... He wasn't okay...a guy who he thought he had not one connection to only to have the biggest connection to was dead and he was only now feeling it. And he'd also be only the second person he'd ever tell "I love you" to And he could blame the drugs but he knows it wasn't that... "I-I'm fine Dustin..." it takes him a lot to say it but he does, also adding a smile even though it's painful and it's fake. Dustin stares at him but doesn't ask further, handing him an envelope, "Well okay, this is the letter." "Oh..." "Do you know what it contains?" "I do, not the nitty gritty but a big factor of it I have a bit of a hunch about but if I told you Eddie told me that he'd kill me and I'm not in the mood for a haunting..." Steve rolls his eyes. "Dustin don't be so dramatic..." And Steve's about to open the letter but Dustin puts his hand out, "Actually...Steve..." Steve finds himself stuck in a time loop which leaves him questioning exactly the reason why and who exactly is doing this to him and it just so happens that a raven haired metalhead is his best bet on finding out what's going on.
