The boys didn't just meet each other on the island. They had history together. But especially the relationship between Roger and Simon came to change drastically.

!!LOTF SPOILERS!! Jack and Ralph are the only two survivors from an island plane crash during the dawn of the Second World War. In that time, Jack had become a savage- Nearly killing Ralph before they were found by a naval officer, who escorted them off the island. It'd been 4 years since the initial crash- Ralph as 16, Jack was 17. Ralph is terrified of the freckled Merridew, but Jack seems to be drawn to him now that the island is gone and his sanity is returning. They're sent to the country side of England, living alone since their parents have yet to be located. What will become of the two? These characters are not mine. They are from the 1954 novel Lord Of The Flies by William Golding. These are simply renditions of the characters, I own the AU, not the characters. !!THIS STORY CONTAINS MATURE SCENES!!

After the Island fic Jack and Ralph stick to each other like glue. Everybody- their teachers, their therapists, even their parents- think they're best friends. Only Jack and Ralph know the truth. They hate each other's guts. warning: This is nOT a healthy relationship, and it will not develop to be. I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS, IT IS JUST HOW I AM WRITING THIS STORY. If it makes you uncomfortable, dont read it.

Ralph started life on the island as a small, unsure boy who was thrust into the position of leader. They called him Chief, but he did not feel worthy of their respect. He was constantly challenged and threatened by a fiery opposing force called Jack Merridew, head chorister and bully. Jack and Ralph butted heads to the point of violence. But after nearly six long years stranded, Ralph learned to fight back. He chased the savages back to castle rock and drew borders. He regained his tribe. Now at age 18, he had grown from a small boy to a golden, chiseled chief who stood 6'0. He was admired by all, even those who despised him... One day an accidental encounter with the hunters and their savage leader will shake up Ralph's whole world. As Jack reignites old rivalry and passion, Ralph struggles to find what he truly wants. Will he resist the savage's advances or fall prey to old romance?

An alternate universe of Lord of the flies, where nobody came to rescue the group of boys stranded on a desert island. What happened to them? The characters are aged up to 16-17 This IS a Jalph fic as well as an overall AU.
