Deep in the forest, a river untouched by time becomes a refuge for two women who believe they are alone. Zephra gathers herbs there to speak with the old gods. Rhaelia walks its banks to remember who she was before marriage hollowed her out. When they collide, suspicion rises-witchcraft and scripture do not mix. Yet the river seems to welcome them both. As days pass, their meetings become intentional, their conversations longer, their silences heavier. What begins as wary companionship grows into something neither woman has language for-and something both are afraid to name.

Natalie, a paraplegic marine, replaces her sister on the Na'vi-inhabited Pandora for a corporate mission. She is accepted by the natives as one of their own, but she must decide where her loyalties lie. Note: Plot-wise it will follow the events of the film, but I plan to add my own events and extra stories. Will also note that, for the first few chapters, the events and dialogue may play out very similarly to the film; however, I will try my best to make it feel somewhat different.
