O título "Lovers in Crime" foi inspirado da música "Partners in Crime", da banda Set it Off.
O ano é 1950, em Nova Orleans. Alastor é um radialista super charmoso e canibal, e Vincent é um jornalista que mata qualquer um que seja mais valorizado que ele. Vincent recebe a notícia sobre a emissora de rádio de Alastor, e fica obcecado por ele. Alastor suspeita que Vincent é um assassino, pois a taxa de mortes de apresentadores de TV está aumentando muito, e Vincent começou a ficar famoso do nada. Ao decorrer da história, eles formam uma dupla, trabalhando juntos no crime. Mas, só o tempo dirá o que se tornarão mais tarde... talvez, "amantes no crime"?
