She is convinced that she is incapable of feeling emotions, and yet she is the only one who notices Tyler's suffering. Tyler Galpin is a 17-year-old poor boy who lost his mother at the age of 3. Her death is a dark secret that his father hides. Sheriff Galpin never accepted what had happened and since the death of his wife he has become a cold, absent man, working all day. He neglected his son, who grew up fighting for his father's attention and love, but always felt like an unwanted burden. Tyler is deeply hurt, too sensitive for this world. After school, he works part-time as a barista, but one day he finds a weekend job at the Addams mansion as a gardener. The owners' daughter - Wednesday attracts his attention, even though they come from completely different worlds.
