This is what I imagine (want) to happen straight after season 6 ended (Aaron is still in the story despite him having confirmed he won't be in season 7), focus on Chenford, slow burn. The Oscar/Jason storyline is incorporated from season 6 but not Monica. Lucy sets out to prove herself again as a good cop after her disaster with the detective's exam. Will the awkwardness between Chenford be resolved? Or will it all come to a head? Disclaimer - I have stayed true to each character's mannerisms in the show, so if you're looking for a story where Tim calls Lucy his pookie princess and is overly gushy, you won't find that here. I have remained as realistic as I can with each character's actions, behaviours and words.

Lucy is in East hollywood but used to be at mid Wilshire but moved to go undercover but before she left was a detective so now she gets called a uc detective, Tim is a Sargent but they have never met as she moved before he joined, Lucy is best friends with Angela and she gets called back to mid Wilshire for a uc opp with Tim as jake & Sava. They end up catching feelings for each other and soon after the opp start dating.

Lucy has always had a thing for her boss Tim Bradford but her morals never let her act on it because he is a married man. What happens when she discovers Tim and his wife's relationship is on the rocks? 18+||‼️

Lucy and Tim go deep undercover again - this time posing as a married couple to infiltrate a suburban crime ring. Living in close quarters, pretending to be in love, it starts to feel real. But when the case starts to turn deadly, will their masks slip? or Lucy is still grieving Jackson and needs someone to lean on. When her relationship with Chris has gone to hell, Tim seems to always be there. Now on a new undercover mission, what tension will unfold?

Lucy Chen is off to undercover school and Tim misses her more than he wants to admit. He knows he said they should be apart but one little text wouldn't hurt, right? Canon through 5x02 but then I just start making things up.

Lucy is pulled into a long-term UC assignment without having a chance to say goodbye to Tim. How do they manage the time apart? How will their relationship be affected? There's some angst in this one! (Please don't even pretend to be shocked.)
