Mori, being the leader of port mafia he is, decided to invest in hero society. Of course that was just a front for getting more information. With that he invited the most known hero academia to Yokohama. And who else would he entrust these naive heroes to then his most trusted subordinate, Dazai.

Double Black is put into a villain reformation program at UA as its first unwilling participants. (Though they have more control than UA thinks.) _+-*-+_ Reputations lead to rumours, and rumours have a tendency to run free. So when rumours of the infamous Double Black reach the Pro Heroes, the organization of the shadows is in the eyes of the light. So now the Pros Focus is on the big bad mafia. But if they were to focus on reforming Double Black, then the situation would be put in Double Black's control. And it would be disgusting to not save these orphans? Who had no guide in the world, who were forced and manipulated by evil men to be heartless killers by a brutal, unforgiving world? I mean- have I mentioned they don't have parents?

After a long mission, Dazai brings his partner Chuuya back to his place to rest. His insomnia keeps him up, and at 3:12 he has completely forgotten that his partner was sleeping over. Dazai acts on instinct, walking into the bathroom with a knife, trying to stop the panic attack that has engulfed his body. Dazai works at the PM (Port Mafia), Mori sends him on a mission alone, what will happen to Dazai? Will Chuuya decode the message? How will it end? Read on to find out.

There's no way these heroes thought kidnapping these poor citizens meant that they were saving them from the rumored "villain's ruling".
