Isla has always played football ever since she first saw her big sister, Beth Mead, play with the local boys team. Isla loved watching her sister fly through the England age groups as well as playing for big clubs but things weren't as easy for her. Isla never had the chance to attend a centre of excellence like her older sister so things were a lot harder for her but this didn't stop her.
