He'd been attending a heavily Christian boarding school in a Chicago suburb for as long as he could remember, and religion was one of the only consistencies in his life. The church had always been his home, even if he had to subconsciously repress major parts of himself to stay holy. Pete Wentz grew up in a religious household, attending church every week and always dreading it more than cattle dreads being turned into meat. By the time he hit puberty, he knew that he liked boys and that the religion he was forced into was not for him. Now, Pete and Mikey are both seventeen. After an excessive, tumultuous argument between Pete and his parents about his sexuality, they decide to send him off to a Christian boarding school, hoping he'd be cured of his so-called sin. Pete is convinced that he's gonna hate it there. That all changes when he arrives and meets the cute (and very, very religious) dirty blonde haired boy with whiskey brown eyes that's now his roommate.

He went in unhappy, having never experienced true happiness or really any happiness at all. And then he met Pete Wentz. Most perfect boy he's ever met. Only problem? He's a drac. (written in 2016) 2016/01/20 Sunday. If you really want to know about me, this first thing you'd want to read is where I was born, and what my lousy childhood was like, and what my parents did in their spare time before they had me, and all that John Green kind of crap, but I don't feel like going into it, if you really want to know the truth. In fact, I'd much rather start of by saying that my name is Mikey Way and I spend at least 16 hours a day of my life sitting in a wheelchair. I'd also like to let everyone here know that they are under no obligation to read my blog but I am under obligation to write it. On account of the fact that my therapist thinks I'm John Watson or some crap. Regardless, here I am, pretending to have something to say about how my day went even though if anyone asked I would say that I was fine. Because that's just what you're supposed to say instead of saying that it's cold and miserable and if you died you wouldn't really mind. But I'll post this anyway while pretending to think that anyone will read it.

At exactly midnight a beautiful baby was born. He was born into a satanic family and was loved dearly. He worshipped Satan as much as his parents did but something was different about him, something was off. He is the devil child.

Ever since preschool, Pete and Mikey were worst enemies. It started off as kicking down block towers and scribbling over drawings to full on rivalry - throwing punches and yelling insults. Gerard was eager to change this, and made friends with Pete's friendship group. As the two groups hung out every lunch, Pete and Mikey reckoned they were living in hell. But as a school project involved the two getting more time together, their opinions may change. Brendon was never the most thoughtful person. He was not particularly liked amongst the student body, he was known for ruining relationships and spreading nasty secrets. But he never really felt empathetic to these hurt people, not until he had managed to ruin his own relationship. As Brendon realised his life isn't quite complete without Ryan, he knew he needed to get him back. And try to be less self-centred.

Mikey has the weirdest crush on Pete Wentz, and mistakenly believes Pete and Patrick are dating (they aren't). Mikey also happens to need a date for Gerard's birthday party, so it only makes sense to ask Pete to be his fake boyfriend. What do you mean that makes no sense? What do you mean relationships will be ruined? What do you mean everything will go wrong? (Fake Boyfriends AU, High School AU)
