The physical war was over...but a new one emerged. The war of political power! It is a race between France and Britain, but against everyone else, to be the best. The new world has been discovered...and so have these small strange children. Between France and England, these children and their strange yet complicated relationship they shove aside, how will they manage as romance begins to form? At the same time, a heavy blizzard prevents the person from leaving for a few days. As the snow drifts away, the two fix their broken friendship and forget about their past troubles. His adoptive father was a murderer and cannibal and had been feeling him and his two little brothers human meat, he grew up sneaking out of foster homes and taking his brothers with him, and now he's all grown up and a very rich and smart country. But watching his father murder other countries while he was younger made him immune to gore and violence growing up and he, like his father, has a thirst for blood. During a World Meeting, countries noticed that the personification of England didn't attend. Most of them brushed it off thinking that he was just sick or didn't feel like coming and would be back at the second meeting. But they were wrong. After they checked England's home, they discovered he was missing with only a note inside his house. Now they have to find out where England has gone...and why. "England...he's run away..."
