The hunt for Phoenix should have ended with Sky and Nani's reunion. But nothing is ever that simple. FBI Agent Dew and Prosecutor Tee have spent years circling each other-partners by necessity, rivals by habit, and something more by a past neither wants to face. When Phoenix resurfaces, turning his sights on Sky and Nani, the old friends are forced to work together like never before. But the mission soon spirals beyond anything they expected. As Spectrum's corruption bleeds into their investigation, Dew and Tee find themselves questioning everything-including their own partnership. Because sometimes the biggest danger isn't the enemy hunting you. It's the person standing right beside you. * This is Book 2 from the story 'Tracked Hearts [Skynani]'

"I said no, you're not coming into the shower with me." Dew stood in his cramped dorm bathroom, glaring at the foggy mirror. Behind him, a transparent figure leaned against the tiled wall, arms crossed, smirking. "Why not? I'm dead, not a pervert," Tee replied, floating up a little just to sit cross-legged in the air. "Also, I've seen it. Nothing to hide." Dew grabbed the towel tighter around his waist. "Tee." "Dew." "Out." "Fine," Tee sighed, phasing through the door like it was made of mist. "You're no fun. If I had a body, I'd haunt someone with better abs anyway." Dew groaned. College life was hard enough without a hot, annoying ghost crashing your daily routine. And yet, there was something about Tee's presence that was starting to feel...less like a haunting, and more like something he didn't want to lose.
