Based on the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mikey was captured by the kraang when he, his brothers, and Splinter were mutated. While splinter was taking the turtles to safety the krang got ahold of Mikey.

It's no one's fault that they got captured, but now they are at the mercy of the Shredder and his mutant companions. The Foot. Each brother will go through their own hell that tests their bonds as brothers and a team, but their determination to survive will push them further than ever before. A motto and a promise each brother will make to protect the other! 'Leave No Turtle Behind!' (Warning: Extensive Injury, Torture, and lots Brotherly Fluff!)

Hamato ninjas and street punks never across the border. Hamato ninjas except mikey hate street punks and Street punks hate hamato ninjas. Mikey doesn't know the street punks and street punks doesn't know Mikey. He was out for a patrol by himself and he sees something happen in border. He saw the foot clan and he was spying them. He got in trouble. He had to fight and when he was about to get defeated, one punk save him but mikey don't know how his life will change.
