After the death of his best friend, along with abuse from his mother and ignorance from his father, Katsuki Bakugo went into depression. He relieves himself by smoking cigarettes, getting addicted to the smoke. It was all a secret of course..... Shoto Todoroki takes a detour from his normal lunch routine. He smells the familiar scent of smoke..... Note- Please DO NOT SMOKE. I know I am making a book about smoking, but it is really bad for your health, and don't want anybody following the same path. (Apparently I gotta rate this as mature, so warning for a suicide scene) Nothing belongs to me.

Katsuki Bakugo is tired, tired of feelings so fucking pathetic. He's a shitty person, with an even shittier life. It's what he deserves, isn't it? Funny how fate has a way of balancing the scale. He'll never be a pro-hero, not when he's barely surviving each day he has to put up with his mother. But he's not asking for pity, Katsuki Bakugo can take care of himself. And no one needs to know anything, they need to keep their damn mouths shut, or else they'll see the wall he's built up is slowly tumbling down. It's not my best to say the least but I'm leaving it because it was an important part of my writing journey (although I'm not putting "angsty Bakugo fanfic" on any portfolio ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ) I rewrote the summary because I hated it but mostly everything else is remaining unchanged because I'm too lazy to edit a 70k story. Bakugo had everything. Four kids, an expensive but loving husband, and a great job. Until his husband decided he wanted more. His husband left him with their four kids, wanting to finally chase the life he's always wanted. Bakugo struggled as a newly single dad working from home with four kids. There wasn't enough time in the day for everything, and he was extremely overwhelmed. Deciding he needed help, he began his search for a live-in nanny. Through that search, he met Izuku Midoriya. -------------------------------- Izuku Midoriya had enough of his abusive and controlling boyfriend. After a fight that left him bloody and bruised, he hopped in his car and drove until he ran out of fuel. He wasn't expecting to end up in a small town. He also wasn't expecting to meet amazing people and fall in love with the town so fast. But with no money and nowhere to stay, he had to find a job quickly if he wanted to stop sleeping in his car and inhaling granola bars.
