Desperate for a break from her demanding job, Lilith is convinced to check into the Wellness Center for a week. Curious as to how effective the center is, she decides to keep a diary while she's there. As Lilith's week at the Wellness Center draws to a close, however, she is suddenly told that she is too "diseased" to leave. Her stay is extended, and her treatments are enhanced. Slowly, Lilith starts to see a darker side of the Wellness Center.

Louisa Jones checked herself into the wellness center for a month, but she's been gone for six. After receiving an eerie phone call from the center, her twin, Amelia, is determined to find out what is going on. After arrival at the center she can't find Louisa anywhere and the staff is no help. They constantly insist that Louisa was never a patient, but that just can't be. They detain Amelia and refuse to let her leave under any circumstances. Will she find Louisa during her long stay at the wellness center?
