After uncovering a series of grisly murders, the Holy Church sends Seren to investigate one of their prime suspects; a mysterious dhampir named Lore Seymour. Although a seemingly kind man and wonderful father, Lore's life is a riddle overcome by tragedy that may or may not have come by his own hands. His actions are an enigma, often pushing Seren away while also dragging him closer. Through time spent together, Seren begins to see Lore, and his wacky family, in a different light. Could it be that the church sent Seren there to set Lore up? All that he has been taught by the church, who saved him from a gruesome fate, starts to sound like a lie, but the life of a paladin is all Seren has ever known. As suspicion fades and love blossoms, Seren's forced to test not only his faith, but also his entire purpose in life. Can he truly set aside his grievances against vampires to love that which he has been trained to kill? Warning: This story will dive into some troubling topics such as child abuse, spousal abuse, sexual assault, suicide, murder, drug use, manipulation, brain washing, and just over all bad. However, I keep the tone as light-hearted as I can and there will not be detailed scenes. I'll also leave warnings on chapters that contain triggers. *THIS IS NOT A PAID STORY! There is behind the scenes content that is purchasable, but not necessary to read. That's why there are some locked chapters, but the story itself is FREE ^_^ Artwork by mailanoooo on instagram

Completed📌 ~Jacob Park and Arthur White ~ "I'm scared....maybe this isn't a good idea" I stammer stepping back, but he gets a hold of my waist to pull me forward. "I got you" He says tightening his hold on my waist, "there's nothing to worry about." I doubtfully look him in the eyes and take a deep breath when he strokes my hair, "promise?" "Yeah" he assures me and I take a deep breath when he murmurs the following words looking me deep in the eyes, "I promise." •••• The chemistry they have is remarkably out of this world. Jacob Park has always been a loner. Not that he wants to be one but his shy demeanor never allows him to make friends. Even though he's from a decent family, life never treated him fair. There was always this one thing missing and the one thing he's willing to do anything to get: HAPPINESS. Arthur White isn't the caring type and he's everything but respectful. He doesn't care about how anyone feels and he has a demeanor that demands respect. He has to change school every single time because of the different jobs his father does. It's always the same where he goes, plain and boring, but when he finally moves back to his hometown, everything's different. In his school he comes across this nice boy that wouldn't leave his mind and that made him question himself. Arthur was never one to assist or help anyone, let alone get close to them but confusion still ran wild in his mind when he got this sudden urge to protect Jacob Park in the hallways. #1 Mental health #1 bxb #1 wattpride

Briar had no idea that the relationship he was in was unhealthy. Damaging. He could barely tell that everything he was, and wanted to be, had been repressed and kept away by the person he loved more than life. Or maybe he did know- did see- and just didn't want to acknowledge it. Content to suffer silently if it meant keeping his boyfriend happy. And what it took for him to see the love he could have, the acceptance he could experience and the freedom he could thrive in, were three people. Three amazing, gorgeous and polyamorous people who used a cheeky fox to sneak their way into his life, a daddy he never knew he needed to break down his walls, and a sadistic dominant to lead him into a lifestyle he had always been afraid of. And afraid, Briar was. Afraid that the person he became around them, the person he could see himself thriving as... he was terrified that it was all too perfect for someone as imperfect as him. Briar; a Little lost in a big, cruel world. *******************

But most people don't have his intense emotions and outbursts of anger, or a broken family, or looked at as the outcast of the school. When Forest meets Atlas, he can't believe he's never noticed someone so perfect for him, and Atlas just can't believe someone like Forest is even talking to him. They fall helplessly in love, creating a bump in the plan Forest's parents laid out for his life before he was even born. Follows the struggles of falling in love with someone you're not supposed to and coming to terms with it while facing obstacles like family and friendship complications in which the characters have to overcome.

Rayne has a routine, a plan. He lives life according to this routine. A few times a week, his routine allows him a few hours to hide away in his diner. Everything is always the same in this diner, even the variances are consistent. That is, until the gray-haired manager hires a new waiter who moves about like a tornado. This boy does not know Rayne's "usual" or his proclivity to be left alone so he can watch and study the people living around him. This new waiter disrupts his routine in all the worst ways and Rayne can't help but hate him. He doesn't seem to care, however, continuing to disrupt Rayne and see Rayne and pop Rayne's bubble of safety, and ask Rayne questions that he doesn't want to answer. It was all quite aggravating really. •••••• He looked vaguely familiar, like an ancient statute carved from marble or a delicately crafted oil painting you can see only in the galleries in Europe. He was all but perfect, just one minor flaw over his eyebrow- a scar where hair refused to grow, leaving a pale gash to interrupt his dark eyebrow. I noticed, between all my studying of this strange man's face, that his lips were moving. I had no desire to hear what he was saying. I was content to just watch. The ways his lips parted and pressed together, his porcelain teeth teasing an appearance behind them. I watched him speak, not hearing a word, until he stopped, his lips curving up and open on one end in an aggravating smirk. I don't know why it aggravated me, but it did. I furrowed my brows and removed an earbud, moving my eyes back up to his. His eyes seemed to aggravate me too. They looked all too teasing, all too amused. 🎖️ #1- love- Dec 18, 2025🥇 #1- slowburn- Dec 18, 2025🥇 #2- boyxboy- Dec 18, 2025🥈 #2- bxb- Dec 18, 2025🥈 #2- manxman- Dec 18, 2025🥈 #10- lgbt- Dec 26, 2025
