Giyuu is shinobus Adopted Brother. sabito and makomo are his best friends, and they both are dating. Shinobu introduces sanemi, mitsuri, and iguro to giyuu, makomo, and sabito. After they meet, iguro makes a bet with sanemi, that sanemi couldn't get giyuu to fall in love and date him within 2 months. Little did they know that sanemi would end up falling in love with giyuu, giyuu, and also falling in love with sanemi. Giyuu is with his useless boyfriend who treats him badly but manipulates Giyuu to stay with him. One night this boyfriend forces Giyuu to go with him to an underground fight ring, while they are watching the fight his boyfriend disappears and Giyuu notices and decides to act out on it. He eventually finds him in the bathroom hooking up with some, cheating on Giyuu. Giyuu gets pissed and storms off, being followed by his now ex-boyfriend who is begging for him back, they start to argue on their way out as the fight ends and the ex-boyfriend gets pissed and tries to hit Giyuu and as Giyuu is. accepting the fact he is going to get hit, something, more like someone stops the strike before it lands on Giyuu. it was the winner of the fight. He is tall, well built, covered in scars, white hair, and muted purple eyes. He was handsome and charming and dealt with the ex pretty quickly and then went to hit on Giyuu and try to ask him out but Giyuu is not entertained, thanks him, and leaves. About an hour later he has to go into work as he is called in for an emergency, one of his jobs is working as a bartender in a club, and since this club is popular he does run into someone he met only an hour before. That same fighter, he learns his name is Sanemi Shinazugawa. From that moment on Sanemi tries his best to take Giyuu out and take care of him, Giyuu is intrigued but doesn't plan to fall for him that easy.

Sanemi Shinazugawa, a student athlete, who loves basketball and studying. He was somewhat liked but had some issues with keeping people close by in the past due to his anger issues, he was quick to lash out but he didn't mean it, so he often kept to himself to avoid this. He did like to do something, he noticed it helped his anger. That was riding his bike around town while listening to music. It calmed him. He was in his own world. Giyuu Tomioka, a normal student. A person you would see as a background character. He kept his head down and wore the nerd mask at school. He wanted to fade into the background and be invisible. But in reality he was outgoing. Out of school he was himself, the punk emo rock kid. He hid himself becuase in the past he was made fun of for being "too much" so he locked that part up at school so no one could see it. He did have a few hobbies but he loved to ride his skateboard while listening to music. One day, these two boys opposites of the same coin magiacally ran into each other. No. Literally ran into each other. Coming to the same corner they crashed into each other. They instantly started to yell at each other. Sanemi was less banged up from the crash, he had some scrapes but no blood. Giyuu on the other hand was only bleeding. From his nose and both his knees. Sanemi realized Giyuu was in pain and through Giyuu's complaints he helped him to a conveince store Giyuu pounted and avoided Sanemi's line of sight as Sanemi healed his wounds, Giyuu regonized Sanemi and he didn't want Sanemi to realize who he was, but it was too late, Sanemi had ran into Giyuu that same day and remembered him. From that moment on Sanemi and Giyuu formed a secret friendship, something only between the two of them. Then something else came along.

Kimetsu High, a prestigious private school for only the rich. Shinobu Kocho bet Tomioka Giyuu that he couldn't date Sanemi Shinazugawa for a month before breaking up with him.
