El día despues de la boda de Peter y Masane, un nuevo villano amenaza la ciudad de New York. Este villano, junto a otros enemigos del héroe arácnido, traerán el caos a la ciudad. Solamente Spider-Man y sus aliados podrán detenerlo, sin saber, que su enemigo es muy cercano al justiciero de una ciudad vecina.
