She hasn't seen or heard of him since he left her at that old motel, leaving her to assume that he has gone off to resume his life of being the killer he was before he was apprehended. She was wrong. Jeff had intended to go back to his "normal life," however, he kept finding himself coming back to see her. Why? He doesn't know. What he does know is that he has an itch that he cannot scratch; a constant voice in his head that tells him to check on Emily. So he does, without her knowing, of course. And now Jones, the former assistant of the now deceased Vanderbilt, has finished with his grand remodeling of the asylum, and now he's on the hunt for the only two people who he has ever resented; and he knows exactly how he's going to do it.
