The almost smartest being. He has distributed cards to all but instead of Shinso the broccoli boy got the villain card. The whole game was filmed by drones that showed it live on TV. From an exciting UA Civil war game, it became a murderous psycho show. And transformed to war.

One day Nezu finds out about this and finds interest in his plan. Not long after that the rat God of UA created a special surprise for the students of class 1A and 1B.
