Whether you are allowed to live or not is decided every three years. Such is the fate of a Res Conservata. As in a world governed by the Natural Order, every life has its place and deviations may not exist. The High Convent watches over this order and investigates possible anomalys that show up in a certain blood-lineage. Reshi grows up under the shadow of such a suspicion. For now, nothing has happened. For now, Reshi is only a possibility - a case to be examined. But some questions cannot remain contained forever. *** This is a translation from my originally in german written text (not published). The content of the texts is the same, but this version has been adapted for digital reading. The chapter structure, number of chapters, and overall length will differ from what may eventually become one day a book.

This is a collection of scenes, character sketches, chapters and short stories which did not make itinto the Quade series. Some of them will eventually disappear into a book. Some of them already have. There are trigger warnings on some chapters, so please heed them when you find one. A couple of the chapters are brutal, and pertain to victimization and abuse as a long term victim of kidnapping. Enjoy.

Will love be strong enough to heal them or will work tear them apart? My fabulous cover is by @introvertvert on Inkitt. Thank you so much.
