"You hate me, don't you?" "No. I wish I did." When rookie Oscar Piastri joins McLaren, Lando Norris doesn't think much of him: quiet, polite, unthreatening. Until the first test. Until Oscar's lap times start haunting him more than the thought of losing ever did. Rivalry turns personal, and attraction feels a lot like obsession. In the season that could make or break them, Lando learns that the real danger isn't on the track. It's the rookie sharing his garage. ✦ .  ⁺   . ✦ .  ⁺   . ✦ .  ⁺   . ✦ .  ⁺   . ✦ angst; enemies to lovers;

Quinn Taylor has made a career out of looking calm. On the ice, she's America's favorite kind of pressure-proof-bright smile, steady answers, the skater everyone wants to root for. Off the ice, she's an only child with a perfectionist's brain and a habit of carrying too much alone. The cameras love her. The country expects her. And the one place she can't afford to fall apart is the one place she's dreamed of since she was little. The Olympics. Macklin Celebrini has always made things feel lighter. He was the new kid at a Northern California rink at twelve-Canadian, polite, a little lost-until Quinn decided he was hers to keep. He became her best friend in the cold air and early mornings, the person who could make her laugh mid-breakdown and never ask her to perform for him. Then life did what life does: seasons changed, schedules got brutal, distance widened, and the kind of friendship that felt unbreakable turned into occasional texts and quiet missing. Now they're both back where the world is loudest. At the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, Quinn is chasing the skate of her life for Team USA. Mack is carrying his own weight for Team Canada hockey. When reporters find out they grew up together, the story writes itself-childhood friends reunited, smiles caught on camera, a thousand strangers deciding what they are to each other. The only problem is... the strangers aren't entirely wrong. Between past chapters at a small California rink and present days in the Olympic Village, Quinn and Mack have to figure out what they really meant to each other then-and what they're allowed to be now, with medals on the line and the whole world watching. Because it's one thing to love someone quietly from a distance. It's another to have them show up in your life again and make everything feel possible.

McLaren's Australian driver, 𝐎𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑 𝐏𝐈𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈, is struggling with the fact that he is a number 2 driver, and when Christian Horner takes advantage of Oscar's anger, he manipulates him into driving for Redbull where Max Verstappen is presumably retiring. He never tells his teammate and best friend that he's leaving, and when Lando finds out, the cracks in their relationship begin to form. And 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐒, McLaren's golden boy, is struggling even more. He thinks that pushing his emotions down will work out in the end; he's been doing it since he was ten, so why wouldn't it work now? What happens now is that he breaks down in panic in his driver's room while Oscar tries to help him. He only realizes he can't go on like that when he's stuck in a burning car, not wanting to get out, and realizes he needs to do something about his feelings, not just bottle them up as he has been for the past year. In 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐄, Lando and Oscar find a rivalry that's tied to Lando's mental health problems and Oscar's manipulation by Christian Horner, and how much they're in love with each other and don't even know it. As the season goes on and on, they drift farther and farther apart from friends, and closer and closer to what some would call enemies, through knowing each other so well that they know how to make it hurt.

Teammates? Yes. Friends? Debatable. Soulmates who flirt like enemies, fake date for PR, and somehow make half the F1 grid their personal chaos witnesses? Oh absolutely. Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are everything except normal. One scandalous photo, one fake relationship deal, and suddenly the two most insufferably hot idiots on the grid are pretending to be in love - except the pretending gets weirdly real when Oscar starts calling Lando "baby" with teeth and Lando keeps accidentally moaning when Oscar touches him. Between jealous drivers, group chat disasters, very public flirt-fights, and several unsupervised hotel rooms, it's clear one of them is going to snap. And when they do? Oh, it's going to be glorious. ---

It all started with a bet that was made by a very drunk Lando, who was apparently not kidding at all... One reckless night. One stupid game. One dare Oscar refuses to take. Lando's pride takes the hit - and by the time the party burns out, the bet is already sealed. Lando Norris bets he can make Oscar Piastri to 'like' him. Oscar only agrees to calm (drunk) him down. He doesn't expect Lando to remember it. He definitely doesn't expect him to mean it. But the next morning comes with a bouquet of roses, relentless charm, and a promise Lando is determined to win - one gesture at a time. It was supposed to be harmless. It wasn't. ; ) - Book 2 - (Can be read as a standalone) Prequel: Is This Love? - Book 1 - Rustappen Sequel: Better Wingman - Book 3 - Charlos

"It's like that one Tate Impala song." Oscar blinked, his brow furrowing. "Tate Impala?" "Yeah, you know," Lando said, waving his hands vaguely. "The less you know, the better." "It's Tame Impala," Oscar corrected, his tone dry but with a faint flicker of amusement. "Not Tate." The Brit stared at him, caught off guard. "How do you know that?" Oscar shrugged, his lips twitching into the faintest smile as he leaned back in his chair. "What? You think I don't listen to music?" "Well, no," Lando replied, tilting his head as he studied him. "You just don't seem like the type. You're so... I dunno. Serious." Oscar's smile widened, just a fraction, and he tapped his pen lightly against the desk. "Maybe you don't know me as well as you think." ˚₊𓆩༺🕷༻𓆪₊˚ Lando Norris is juggling the chaos of being a sixteen-year-old high schooler and the weight of being Spider-Man. "Dude, Spiderman was opposite the building again! He's been there so much recently, I'm starting to think he lives here or something." Oscar choked on a french fry, lightly patting his chest and grabbing his drink to wash it down. "Have you thought about the fact that he probably likes the area?" "No! He goes there with a hoodie and a backpack, he's probably on his way home or something! Could you imagine? Spiderman could actually live in the flats opposite us!" Lando exclaimed, turning his head to the window and he could slightly see the same building. The world now becoming suffocated by the increasing darkness, the sunset long gone. Oscar pinches the bridge of his nose, "I think you're reading into this way too much, mate." OR Lando is obsessed with the friendly-neighbourhood Spiderman and Oscar is his good best friend that listens. (Book cover was created by the lovely @VEBA5TIAN on twt ♡)

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 ❗️ This novel contains themes that may be distressing to some readers, including drug use, alcoholism, mental health struggles, adult content, and broken family dynamics. Content warnings will be provided at the beginning of relevant chapters. However, reader discretion is advised, as it is ultimately your choice to continue reading 𝐍𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 For nearly two years, Lando Norris had run a luxury bar in the heart of the city - a place of music, laughter, and carefully poured distractions. Locals loved him, and his bar quickly became a refuge for those looking to unwind after long days. That stability shatters when Oscar Piastri opens a therapy clinic directly above the bar. Almost overnight, Lando begins losing his regulars - people who now choose healing over drinking. At the same time, Oscar watches his patients struggle, relapsing the moment they step outside and hear the pulse of music from downstairs. Each man becomes the other's problem, a constant reminder of everything they disagree on. They clash over principles, over responsibility, over what it means to help someone survive. Different mindsets. Different ways of coping. Neither willing to concede. Until a teenage girl named Eveline forces their paths to cross in ways neither of them can ignore. Bound by circumstance and an uneasy truce, Lando and Oscar are pushed into reluctant cooperation. And in the quiet moments between closing time and opening hours, they begin to see past assumptions - learning that care comes in many forms, and healing is rarely as simple as choosing the right door.
