I saw him destroying himself in front of my own eyes. Drowning in addictions. That were enough to kill him. I hated it. I hated it everytime he smoked in front of me.
I told him to stop but he would just ignore the topic and start talking about something else.
I tried my best to hold him tightly-so tightly that my hands began to ache. Finally, when I thought the storm was over, I loosened my grip, thinking that if I made him realize how it feels when the person you love starts running away, he would come running back to me.
