While on the ship, he meets a man named Zane Julien with his best friend named Jay Walker. Even though they're from completely different social classes, Zane and Cole begin to fall in love. Zane doesn't quite understand the whole meaning of emotions ever since he found out he was a machine which was years ago. It has been quite a long time, but it's hard to understand when there are many secrets and truths left to be unlocked. He was doing fine with handling emotions and interacting with others, but throughout the time of understanding, he was confused once again. There was something inside of him that signaled him of something, but he couldn't understand it. All he knew is that, the feeling only happened around a specific person which is the only person that would understand. Cole.
