This is a story about what happens when two people who have been through hell come together and try to overcome their pain through love and friendship and move on from the darkness that has taken a toll on them and changed their lives forever. This is the story of Jim Hopper and Joyce Byers and what happens after.

I guess I could call it a happy story. And also because I think the characters in it deserve to be. If your Jopper hearts melt sometimes so... I would have succeeded in my challenge. Basically just what i think happend between season 4 and season 5 of stranger things. will HEAVILY lean on Jopper so if thats not your cup of tea i honestly would not recommend it. i have to be honest with you my dear reader, i am just bored at the moment and think that maybe writing a fanfiction of my favorite ship will reduce all my mental Health issues because therapy is expensive.

Joyce Horowitz has been in a rocky relationship with Lonnie Byers for a while now and her best friend Jim Hopper has had enough of the crap she's put up with, but he has a secret of his own. A secret that'll put everything up into flames.

Joyce and Jim. Jim and Joyce. A pair inseparable throughout their time at Hawkins High School, until Joyce met Lonnie and everything changed. Jim moved away to marry Diane and Joyce stayed in Hawkins to be with Lonnie. Several divorces and deaths later, the pair reunited in 1983 to save Will Byers, Joyce's son. Set in 1988. Will graduates from highschool and leaves to start his new life away from Joyce. I will update this description as I publish more chapters.
