This Fic takes place before Neil became a fox. His mom and him got caught in Washington and Neil got pulled back to the Nest. After years of suffering Riko finally gave him an out, and Neil took it. Obviously characters will be different, since it's how I See the characters acting. I think the biggest thing is that Neil realizes he does "swing" but chooses not to.
