Voices that should not exist
have begun to speak.
A woman is reborn from an ancient painting,
singing of a love sealed away for centuries.
A consciousness awakens inside a machine,
asking questions no machine should ask-
not of function,
but of memory,
and fear.
A god whispers a final prayer
to keep a demon bound,
then never answers again.
Something from beyond this world
arrives on Earth-
not to interfere,
but to observe.
And whether I wish to or not,
I hear them.
This is not a single story.
It is a record.
A collection of encounters-
separate in time and place,
yet quietly connected.
They unfold within ordinary lives,
in places meant to be safe.
I write them down
not to provide answers,
but because these voices exist-
whether we choose to listen
or not.
