10/2/21 A rewrite of one my popular stories Old Countryhumans X Reader. I decided to rewrite the story after 2 years of not stepping into the Fandom.. I do have school though so I'd be writing when I have the time to. Enjoy :)

"And finally, Jax!" I scanned the crowd, searching for this 'Jax'. "Uh..." Gloved hands grabbed my shoulders and turned me around. Standing there was the rabbit I saw earlier. "'Sup, mousie," Jax said, leaning his body against my short figure-which reached up to his chest-placing an arm atop my head. I looked at my hands. When I moved my arm, the avatar moved along with it, black gloves moving at the same time as I did. Gently, I pressed my hands to my eyes, and- Nothing. The headset was gone. "What the @$_&." I clawed at my face, trying to remove the piece of technology. "Where did it go?" I pulled at my skin, trying to feel something, anything that was there, but nothing. Just skin. "Just keep pulling at it, it always works, mousie," Jax said, patting my cheek. I glared up at him. "Shut the @$&+ up." ~•~•~ The first thing I remembered when I came here was falling. Then I come here and I'm still falling. I bought some VR headset, put it on, and it cost me my future. Now, I'm stuck with people who aren't exactly people, an teeth-and-eyeball AI, and some annoying periwinkle rabbit. I've become a little muse of a mouse, supposed to be some sort of artistic inspiration. Yeah, right. But music is my safe space, and I was sent here with a flute and a purpose: to bring sound to the circus. I can either become the conductor or let people see me as nothing more than a statue in some museum. A los 13 años, Manuel va a la academia de idiomas para jóvenes de entre 13 y 17 años, una academia especializada en intercambio por varios años, allí es donde conoce a Martín, un chico un poco más alto, rubio y ojos color esmeralda y odioso, demasiado para su gusto, para su mala suerte es con quien le toca compartir cuarto hasta los próximos 4 años... 🔴~ ADVERTENCIA PORQUE YA ME ENOJÉ~🔴 Si no entiendes el concepto de desarrollo de personaje y buscas una historia donde en el capítulo 1 los protagonistas se conocen, en el 2 tiran y en el 3 se casan, esta no es tu historia. Lo digo por los comentarios de hate que ha recibido esta historia y no al cómo está hecha, sino que a personajes que no han hecho nada, más que interferir con los deseos de lectores de "finalmente tener su yaoi"... no...
