Elle & lee are 12 going on 13, they live their life as a family just in separate house some days but are always together. During the summer break they get to hang out and have fun at the arcade where they love to dance. Noah is still the older over protective brother of lee & Elle of course!

She agrees on one condition, on her 16th birthday, her parents buy her dream car for her, a 1969 shiny black Dodge Charger, with black and red leather interior, but that means she gets the sound system she wants in it too. Nobody expected Noah to lock in on her though. Will they be together? Or will fate pull them apart?
