Despite that, he's plagued with horrid nightmares of everyone dying and all because of him. As always he can't seem to get away from Chuuya either with him being the focal point of every nightmare and it did have an impact on him. Dazai realises he in fact holds strong feelings for the short ginger man. Naturally, of course when one side of double black changes so does the other. All this while trying to deal with 7 missing people and 6 missing families is a lot to juggle. This is a fanfic of the ship soukoku, it's my first time writing a story, so bear with me please😓 This is NOT a one shot, why do some people skip some chapters😭😭 Some things about their teenage years are incomplete, but I don't know much apart from what was shown in the anime and I want the angst to be about their relationship itself. Dazai and Chuuya started dating in secret at 17, then Dazai left the mafia without a word and they saw each other again 4 years later. Will they solve their differences? Talk things out? Or will they fall apart? Will their surroundings affect them? They still love each other after all those years, but will that be enough to stay together?

Dazai tries to commit suicide by jumping off of the Port Mafia headquarters building... but then a certain redhead from his past saves him. Will the two former partners in crime be able to reconnect, or will one's inability to love others and the others' inability to love himself get in the way?
