After beating Scar to death in the cactus ring, Grian jumps off monopoly mountain to escape the pain and devastation. Grian is a simple Avian living day to day with his abusive mother and love for art. Scar is an Earth Elf who was bullied for his scar and desperate to make a friend. When these two meet, they form an unbreakable bond with each other. But they both still have their own darkness forged by years of trauma - in the past, and now, in the present. As they grow closer, they must navigate all forms of obstacles; some that bring them closer, others that try and push them apart. As they start to feel something more than friendship, they must figure out how to cope with each other's problems and forge past people intent on ruining their lives. A highschool AU!
