Mikado Shinnosuke, a detective from the Ginza police station of Japan, vows to find the criminal who murdered his younger brother 7 years ago and arrest him with his own hands. That's when he meets a crazy suicidal maniac named Akira through a certain event. What will become of this duo when they start working together on the case of finding the murderer Yuki?
