Elijah is surviving though the last year of high school the only way he knows how. By working hard, hiding his obsessive compulsive disorder, and keeping social interaction to a minimum. His plan was working until a certain Ryan Stone, the most feared boy in school, decides he needs Elijah's help to pass his English class. As they get to know more about one another, an unlikely friendship develops and feelings start to emerge that neither were prepared for. Indifference may have been the theme of the English project that brought them together, but it also might very well be the thing that tears them apart too.

"One of my favorite tropes is someone who believes they're hard to love and someone who loves them like it's breathing." TW: Mentions of suicide and abuse Forest Gray is what everyone would describe as a golden boy; perfect grades, the star of the football team, and a damn good friend. He is rich and good looking; he has it all. Except the one thing he's wanted his whole life, his parents love and acceptance. They are never home, yet they hold a protective barrier around him no matter what. They even own the school he goes to. Forest is to do and be who they say, and he's never been one to disobey or displease anyone, except for when he falls in love with the one boy who's able to break his parents spell. Atlas Hart is different from most people, because most people don't skip school and disappear for days or even weeks at a time. But most people don't have his intense emotions and outbursts of anger, or a broken family, or looked at as the outcast of the school. When Forest meets Atlas, he can't believe he's never noticed someone so perfect for him, and Atlas just can't believe someone like Forest is even talking to him. They fall helplessly in love, creating a bump in the plan Forest's parents laid out for his life before he was even born. Follows the struggles of falling in love with someone you're not supposed to and coming to terms with it while facing obstacles like family and friendship complications in which the characters have to overcome.

Jesse's life turns upside down once the football player from his school finds out he's gay. Because of that he has to obey to jock's every command or else his secret will be revealed to everyone. Jesse already had a hard enough life because of his alcoholic father and insensitive mother and this made things even more complicated. Not to mention the fact that he was living in a pretty homophobic environment and for his own safety he had to hide his true identity. Will Jesse be able to overcome this challenge? You'll have to read more to find out. *DISCLAIMER - Story contains themes that some readers may consider disturbing such as suicide, homophobia, violence and more. If you're easily triggered by the things mentioned above this content may not be right for you. Ps. This is a first draft of the book. You can find the polished version of this story here by a different title (Melancholic.) It is also uploaded on DREAME and Inkitt. I'd recommend checking that out because it has less errors, a few changes and some added scenes.

"Noah, I won't do it unless you ask me to," he whispered, his voice seductively low. "What?" I asked almost breathless. "Kiss you," he murmured. "And God, there are no words for how badly I want to." **** Noah was your all American boy. Captain of his soccer team, extremely good-looking, having other boys want to be him and girls want to be with him, but there's one problem. He doesn't chase after the captain of the cheerleading squad or the girls who spread their legs open for whoever asks. In fact, he doesn't go for any girl. Instead, he hates himself when his eyes linger on a guy that his brain and heart say is cute. He's gay, and he's having a hard time accepting himself for it. It doesn't help when he wakes up almost naked in another guy's house, let alone in another guy's bed. And to make matters worse, he can't help but fall for the outspoken and extremely attractive Madison who he'd drunkenly went home with and tried to screw. Finally, to add the cherry on top of the crap-tastic cake, Noah is forced to work with Madison for at least six months, or he'll lose his beloved soccer. Nothing could go wrong, right? Throw in a bit of awkwardness mixed with a few close calls and you've got a recipe for disaster....and a tiny tear in Noah's heavily protected heart. © 2018 *endless thanks and love to @half_a_hetero for helping me with the Italian in this book. "I am the textbook definition of in love with you." *** Castor Rex: He's snarky, quiet and mysterious. A secret keeper. He doesn't like his life to be on display. People avoid him, even if they respect him. Jasper Red: He's polite, nice and helpful. A open book. He likes filling his life with other people and their love. People love him, they can't help it. Because of his quiet nature, snarky smirks and sarcastic words Castor has always had a hard time when it came to making friends -and keeping them. Something Jazz doesn't struggle with. With Jazz's protective nature, shyness and many friends he doesn't need someone else to fill a spot in his life -at least, that's what he thought. Then they met. And that empty part in Jazz's heart felt a little bit bigger because he started to realize Cas could fill it. Cas sees him as a grinning, happy dork he has no chance with. Jazz sees him as a adorable, grumpy jock that now, is his. Castor wants to get through the school year as quietly as possible but with how loud Jazz loves, neither of them know if it's possible, and to make matters worse they're roommates for the rest of the year. It's only a matter of time before they come together or fall apart. *** As a private person, someone who doesn't share myself with others, I can say that learning how to interact with others is difficult. It's like baking, almost, you have to mix the right ingredients together, and if you add the wrong ones things can taste hideous even if they look good. It's a lot like our words. But I've mastered how to tell someone just a little about myself but doing it in a way that makes the person in front of me think they know a lot. Jasper, somehow, sees through this every fucking time and it's absolutely infuriating. He's never satisfied with just a little of me, with my hidden truth, and it's the most annoying thing I've ever experienced. *** @STESLARA made the second POV in her book 'Jasper Red's Anomaly'
