Ilya just figured it out the night before the incident. The incident was really traumatic. Ilya was in Moscow, and Shane was back in Montreal. Shane called Ilya, crying and having a panic attack. But when Ilya realized he wasn't very coherent and was injured, everything changed. Shane came back to the hospital, and both Ilya and Hayden were in his room, looking so concerned. Little did he know that this wasn't just a brutal attack during a home invasion... it was a sexual assault and the beginning of a deranged stalker and serial killer's descent into madness. Suddenly, Shane never feels safe alone. His mental health gets worse... however, he has Ilya and Hayden to be there for him. Yet Ilya needs to learn how to let Hayden be there for Shane without getting jealous, and Hayden needs to learn to let his friend make his own decisions... no matter how much he hates his taste in Russian men.

Ilyas's head had ended up between his knees, his hands wrapping around the back of his helmet. Ilya couldn't keep the thoughts away. He tried to think of things that didn't relate to Shane, or his mother, or hockey. Grasping at the mental straws, he couldn't come up with anything that didn't relate to Shane in some way. He had completely taken over Ilyas' life. Every good memory he had had Shane in it. Ilya spiralled further, the rubber floor seeming to spin. He had undone his helmet, letting it clatter onto the floor. OR What if Ilya couldn't hold it together when Shane got hurt.

(Temporary Cover) Shane Hollander sort of fronted to Rozanov. He was a virgin when they met. He came to realize that he was both gay and hopelessly in love with Ilya after they called each other by their first names for the first time. Shane thought a little break would help him, but he fell into a depression... all because Rozanov was insufferable. Ilya is doing all that he can to make Shane jealous... such as being seen by the paparazzi with girls, making out with random girls when they are in the same space, and the worst of all, sending him videos of him hooking up with other people. Two could play at this game... after all Hollander was a big catch, however he didnt realize how much Ilya was obsessed with him... it was like feuling a fire, and it was so impossibly hot.
