Terry Milkovich is a druglord, the most dangerous man in Chicago. He employs security for his children, eventually Ian Gallagher ends up as Mickey's new bodyguard. Mickey quickly learns about Ian's sexuality and tries to use this to blackmail him - but Ian isn't the type to let other people blackmail him, he is however the type to suck Mickey off though.
