A fanfic where after Eddie's "death" his body is brought back to Hawkins hospital and he's left in a coma for the rest of S4 and S5. Everything that happens in ST5 occurs the same except Dustin visits Eddie's trailer (Uncle Wayne has moved to a different trailer) to grab what's left of Eddie's music for himself and that's where Andy and his jock friends attack Dustin, making him late to the run. When the Demodogs attack the hospital Eddie's body is safe as Vecna doesn't care about Eddie. The fic begins as Vecna/Henry dies. Canon-rewrite.
