After the final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, Sanemi and Giyuu are left the only surviving hashira. They've both lost almost everything, their loved ones and friends ripped away in the concluded struggle between humans and demons. Hashira's go to night school. This story takes place in the modern era, not reincarnated though. Sanemi is sick and tired of trying to fit school and work in his daily schedule so he starts night school.

This is a sanegiyuu story (if it wasn't obvious) (There's also some Obamitsu) It is a week from Tomioka's birthday and Tengen, being the way he is, has to throw a huge party, as he does for all of the other hashira. Though not everyone is particularly stoked about this, Tengen is trying to make it an awesome party, to distract from the fact that it was Tomioka's party. Each hashira was given a job to help organize the party. Tengen didn't really care which job he assigned to who, but there was one specific job that he would just have to give to Sanemi.
