Hiccup's only friend in berk was gobber and gothi yhose were his only friends because everyone hated him in the village, sure he was gobber's apprentice in the forge and he would invent great things but sometimes they don't work as well as hiccup imagined it to be and turns out destroying half of the village, that's when everybody treated him as an outcast because he keeps destroying things even though he's not doing it on purpose, hiccup's life was kind of depressing he was doing self harming but there was a strange figure watching him closely thingking of something to do with hiccup's situation.
