there are two groups, The Velvet Underground which is a well known society that helps take care of criminals and help people when they need it. and a Well known gang that was helped formed by a Mafia boss who wants nothing but to cause pain and violence to whoever crosses their path. Meanwhile four members of the Velvet underground are trying to do what they can to help to keep the city a peace. And while at it they meet a teenage girl on the way and more members that they didn't know were a part of their group. Who is this boss and the gang he formed, and who is this girl along with those four guys that they meet? Find out about that in this book!
