604, That's how many people Fennec's killed. 604, and counting. The number that keeps him up at night, the number he tries to forget, but always lingers. The number that started when he was a child, an orphan taken in by a man he only knew Conan. Fennec learned that the only thing that truly defined him was the number of kills, that was until Robert Miller, took him in. Robert a retired school teacher finally made it feel like Fennec could breathe. That was until the Ferro's came knocking. The Ferro's, an infamous mafia, gave Fennec an ultimatum, protecting the youngest heir Cielo from the same people that Fennec used to work for, or Robert would find out who his son really was. So now, Fennec's stuck with protecting Cielo, and Cielo has no idea who his overprotective family really is, or who Fennec was. Between endless assassination attempts on Cielo, ranging from snipers to being stabbed to death with a fork, Fennec has to learn how to be more then a number, or die trying. I pulled out a book that had a cartoon Jesus on it, smiling with other cartoon people, while at the bottom was a god awful caricature of Satan trying to lure others away. "Why Good People Smile." But when he meets Landon Sonne, the son of the very man who was responsible for his parent's death, he's thrust into Saint City, as the new Primary Public Representative of the new political party for Imps with no chance at winning, Gabriel's quiet cynical life can no longer be.
