Mikey meets a girl when he falls on her balcony. They meet someone as well on a mission. The girl and this person are one in the same. Raphael does not trust her. She hates the foot clan. She keeps hiding why. Leo finds himself loving and protecting her and she adores him and protects him.

In every generation, there will always be a group of ninjas. They use their songs to defeat enemies, especially demons aka the Foot Clan. The first generation of ninjas created the Honmoon to protect the world. And now, the new generation of ninjas have to complete the mission to seal the Honmoon. But one of the ninjas holds a secret that the ninjas never knew, and it could destroy the Honmoon. Also, the humans in Splinter's generation have been wiped out because of a mutation accident. So the world only has mutants.

After a failed mission, Mikey feels useless to the team. So he runs away. There he meets a group of witches and their leader Shinigami and forms a bond with her. But when Mikey finds out Shredder's evil plan to kill Splinter, he decides to stop Shredder but it'll be at a cost.

Two weeks after Mikey's journey in Japan he returns to New York. Mikey now has new found confidence and skills in himself. Now he is tasked with finding inner peace but bigger threats come when Don Visio has a weapon that kills mutants Now Mikey, his brothers and the mighty mut-amniamls must stop him before it's too late

based on the movie Welcome to Marwen. Mikey Angelo uss to be artist until he was badly beaten by five guys behind a bar. From the attack Mikey had brain damage and can't remember his past life. For his therapy Mikey created a doll village called Marwen where him and his Witch friends fight ninjas. Mikey must confront his attackers while the dolls tell a story.

After a fail mission, Raph blames Mikey for causing Leo to get hurt and letting the bad guys to get away. This causes Mikey to think he's useless and doubts him self as a ninja. Meanwhile a mysterious witch girl is taking down the foot ' s operations putting innocent civilians in danger in the process but there's more to this girl than meets the eye. While that is happening Mikey finds out Shredder is planning something that will put his Brothers and Sensai in danger. Seeing this as an opportunity to prove himself Mikey will do anything to stop Shredder but at what cost ? Will Raph be able to talk him out of it ? And who's this mysterious girl ?
