In the mysterious realm of the penguins in the southern world of Earth, penguins gain special powers from unique gemstones that originate from the great Permillion Gem, a gemstone capable of giving special sentient elements to different species. In this world, these gifts were given to the penguins. With this gem, nine penguin kingdoms thrive in the realm of Antarctica and use the gemstones as power sources for their kingdoms and the penguins living in them. In the story, four penguin sisters have been born into the great penguin kingdom of Chinstrap and rules under their father, Master Zen. However, whe an incident at childhood involving a war and the death of their mother forces the sisters out of the Penguin Realm and up to the human world, the four girls will grow up to become the new Daughters of Chinstrap and return home to fight off the evil forces that threaten their home.
